3. Review outstanding bills and adjusted fees for swimmers

6. Coaches Fees. $10 for one day and $20 for 2-3 days.
7. Joanne: Budget for trophies and awards for the end of the year. Order needs to be put in asap to ensure it arrives in time.
8. Year-end party? Time and location.
9. Since we have pool time till June do we offer a special program for kids wanting to get ready for summer swim?
10. Marketing for summer. (Postcards and posters to go up), costs.
11. Lucie and Scott – possible calendar for next year. Will have costs and mock-up for June executive meeting.
12. Possible Swim Camp with Milorad Cavic.
