5) Discuss coaching status for the upcoming season.
6) Get commitments and prepare for registration for Sept 16
7) Make plans for the first fundraiser of the season.
8) Coaches Conference for September 25, 2009
9)SNB setup and registration fee for the season
10) Expense carry forward from last season
8)Adjorn meeting
